The Knollwood Village Voice is the quarterly newsletter published by the Knollwood Village Civic Club and delivered to all 624 homes between Kirby, Main Street, Stella Link, and S. Braeswood, plus roughly 75 homeowners of record who live outside the neighborhood. It is printed in black and white and also available online as a PDF.
Every issue carries a message from the President, meeting information, a financial update, a security report, and community news. Advertisements help offset the cost of printing and mailing. Because volunteers write, collect ads for, and publish the newsletter, distribution is targeted to four months rather than fixed dates:
March · June · September · December
Rates
Single-issue rates are in the third column. Buy a full year (four issues) up front for a 10% savings, guaranteed space, and one invoice.
How It Works
New advertisers: email advertise@knollwoodvillage.org to get on the list. We send reminders about ten business days before each artwork deadline.
- Prepare artwork as a PDF (no other formats) in one of these sizes:
- Full page: 8" × 10.5"
- Half page: 8" × 5.125" or 3.875" × 10.5"
- Quarter page: 3.875" × 5.125" or 8" × 2.4375"
- Eighth page: 3.875" × 2.4375"
- Email the artwork to advertise@knollwoodvillage.org with the ad size requested and, for new or changed accounts, your contact and billing information.
- We publish, print, and mail the issue to the full distribution list.
- You get a link to the electronic copy and an emailed invoice, net 30. Annual-package advertisers are invoiced once, after the first issue.
KVCC reserves the right to scale artwork slightly larger or smaller when layout requires it. This is rare.
