Who Has Contributed

Green lots have contributed for the selected year. The treasurer updates this as payments are recorded, so allow a couple of weeks after you pay. Names and amounts are never shown.

The newsletter has printed this list for years; the map is the same information. If you've paid and your lot isn't green after two weeks, email treasurer@knollwoodvillage.org with your address and payment date. Zelle payments without an address in the memo are the most common cause.

How to Pay

No fee

Zelle

Send to treasurer@knollwoodvillage.org. The payee shows as "Knollwood Village Civic Club." Put your property address in the memo so your payment is recorded to the right home.

Check

Payable to "Knollwood Village Civic Club." Write your property address on the memo line and mail to:

Knollwood Village Civic Club
PO Box 20801
Houston, TX 77225

PayPal, Venmo, or Debit or Credit Card

No PayPal account needed. Card payments cost the club about $12 in fees on a $290 payment, so please consider contributing $302 to cover them.

Where the Money Goes

The Civic Club is voluntary, not a mandatory HOA, so everything below is paid for by neighbors who choose to. Dues fund:

  • The Smith Protective patrol, shared with three neighboring civic clubs. Security is the largest line in the budget.
  • Legal fees and insurance for enforcing the deed restrictions.
  • Communication and events: the newsletter, this website, email alerts, and neighborhood events.
  • Beautification and maintenance of the esplanades and entrance signs.

Renters: please ask your landlord to pay dues on your behalf.

For questions about a payment, email the KVCC Treasurer at treasurer@knollwoodvillage.org.
